2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1. Cancellation by User
Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next month.
Annual Subscriptions: You can cancel your annual subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next year.
2.2. Cancellation by HoverJobs
HoverJobs reserves the right to cancel your subscription at any time due to non-compliance with our Terms of Service, abuse of the service, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Eligibility for Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds for monthly subscriptions are generally not provided. However, if you experience issues with our service or are dissatisfied, please contact our support team within 7 days of your subscription renewal to discuss your concerns.
Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions may be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, refunds will not be issued.
3.2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at saurabh@hoverjobs.xyz with your account details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Free Trials
If you sign up for a free trial and do not wish to continue with a paid subscription, you must cancel before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged. Once the trial period ends and the subscription begins, the standard cancellation and refund policies will apply.
5. Changes to this Policy
HoverJobs reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and we will notify you via email of any significant changes. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
